It's pretty easy to figure out and you can leave comments. I'll put up a What Time I'm riding post everyday and the weekly training plans that I email you guys. Post as much as possible and ride whenever you can...

Here is an email I got from Kansei this week, so you can look at what type of riding he's doing. I don't expect everyone to ride that much, but try to build up to those numbers as soon as you can..

Monday: lifted legs, 30 mile ride
Tues: 65 mile ride, lifted chest, triceps
Wed: 40 mile ride, lifted back, biceps
Thursday: 3 hours on trainer
Friday: lifted legs, no ride
Saturday: 22 mile ride
Sunday: 60 mile ride
Today: listed chest, shoulders, triceps, no ride.

Over the break, i'm not too concerned about specific mileage i'm going for.
I've been usually going on a ride whenever I wake up until how I feel like it.
And taking days off whenever my legs are sore. My training during the break
have not been very structured, but I think it's alright.

When I lift legs, I do squats first, then all of the other leg lifts, I do it
one leg at a time. I'll do leg press with left leg first, then with my right
leg. I thought this would be better for cycling. Also, I do abs and core
strength stuff about every other day. I love training so I like to do bunch of
shit, but I've been really careful to not overtrain this year, so hopefully,
i'll be fine..

Try to ride as much as possible, and have a good time with it.
